
Every year, we gather feedback from our system users to better tailor it to their needs. Regular surveys allow us to monitor satisfaction levels and identify areas for further development. It’s time to summarize last year’s results!
Last year’s NPS results
Moving on to the most important part – in 2024, the average score among system administrators was 8.14, and the NPS was 39.44! This is great news for us because it signifies another increase compared to the previous year.
It’s a sign that we’re moving in the right direction. We strive to continuously improve the quality of our system, and the fact that you appreciate it more and more gives us tremendous motivation to keep working hard.
Your feedback and our actions
Thank you for every comment left in the survey! We read them carefully and analyze them to better meet your needs. It brings us immense joy that you appreciate our work and efforts! There were also constructive comments, which we consider valuable guidance for further development.
What do users value the most?
There were many positive comments, but a few kept recurring.
This year, the following were particularly highlighted:

✅ the abundance of features that replace other tools.
What are the areas needing improvement?
Not all experiences with the system are perfect, which is why we also analyze the areas for improvement that you’ve pointed out.
