What in that case? In the case of a transfer, <strong>the 14-day payment period is set automatically<\/strong>. However, from today&#8217;s update you have the ability to set any default date of payment you need.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">See below how to set your own payment date.<\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3194\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.langlion.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/invoice.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1336\" height=\"615\" \/><\/h5>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3182\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.langlion.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/przewodnik.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"50\" height=\"50\" \/><\/td>\n<td>\n<h4>Check out the guide: <a href=\"http:\/\/help.langlion.com\/en\/system-guide\/secretariat\/issue-corporate-invoice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Issuing an invoice for a company<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>New icons and displaying the balance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Since the latest update, new icons and balance have appeared on the <strong>Payments tab<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3195 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.langlion.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"679\" height=\"467\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>What do these icons mean?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Magnifier<\/strong> \u2013 this is a preview of the settlement details<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pencil<\/strong> \u2013 allows you to edit the settlement (date range, amount and description)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arrows<\/strong> \u2013 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">update settlement for changes to the classes<\/span> \u2013 what\u2019s important is that if there were changes to the classes, the icon will light up in blue and a message that the settlement should be updated will appear next to it<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plus<\/strong> \u2013 allows you to add a transaction (if you did not add one when creating a settlement)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bin<\/strong> \u2013 removes settlement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>System message about the need to recalculate the reckoning<br \/>\n(after changes in the list of classes)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Changes to the class list may affect the rate of the lesson. It is worth remembering, especially if the changes concern classes already included in the settlement of the company.
